enveloped ideas tribute album launch- Lip Service (Film)

a few moments before they went on, robby of lip service handed over his canon s95 to me and asked me to take photos for the band. so there i was holding my kiev and the s95 thinking to myself this is going to be one hell of a juggling act. they were just going to play their cover of the dawn’s “living seed” (which is an awesome cover btw. click here to listen)… one song, 2 cameras, challenge accepted. one thing came good out of it, i metered the stage w/ the s95 on manual and set the same settings on the kiev. it was kinda fun alternating from digital and analog cameras.

enveloped ideas tribute album launch- The Dawn (Film)

i needed a fast film when i planned to go to the enveloped ideas album launch. all my remaining rolls are rated at iso200. damn. then i remembered inside my olympus 35ED was a roll of fuji neopan 400 with just 11 frames used up. good enough. so i rewound the film, took it out the olympus and put it in the kiev 4AM.
