i forgot about finishing this phuket series! life got in the way..
anyway here’s our only dinner when we were all together. earlier that day, merlin went on a fishing tour and brought home his catch, 3 or 4 fishes (can’t remember). we didn’t know what to do with them so we asked the hotel chef if he can cook it for us. he said yes right away!!

here’s pretty much how we spend our mornings at the hotel.. eat, check email, fool around, plan our day… we’re there at the hotel restaurant for more or less 3-4hrs!

on our way.. 3 airports, 2 airplanes. that took up most of day. left my condo in ortigas at 10am. arrived in the hotel around 10pm phuket time.

i’ve been turning into a hermit lately. i’ve been declining invitations or have been avoiding all night drinking sessions or partying. yep, i’m getting old.. lately i’ve been enjoying quiet, intimate nights with friends or family.
when the cousins from hongkong visited us last week, we decided to have our regular WNC (wine and cheese) night over at another cousin’s house in taytay.
